Hi, I'm planning to go to the tour by myself and I was wondering if that would be safe to have the hotel room by myself. Do many tourists go on a tour by themselves? Thank you, MJ Kwon

Q:
I am interested in this tour and would like to do the skywalk and the helicopter ride. I presume the helicopter is an extra cost, please let me know what it costs. Also how long it is. How long do we spend on the skywalk? I presume this is included in the tour price? Please confirm. The baggage restriction (no wheels) is that just for the skywalk or the whole tour? The night in Las Vegas do we do our own thing or are there organised things for our time there?

Q:
I had talked about this tour with Julia on 2008-04-11. As my parents and I are vegetarian I had a concern about the food availability at different places. Julia was going to send me an email about this matter and hence in reference to this I am doing a follow-up. If you could send me an email or forward this to Julia as she has a background about it. Also the admission fee to Disneyland, Universal studios and Sea World is covered right? We can spend the time at these places from the time park opens till it closes right?

Hello, Grishma, You will be taken to food court or restaurants where you can find choices, and also you need to talk to the tour guide to let him/her know about your food request, he/she can recommend the places to get your food. Yes, the admission fee is included for those theme parks, ususally you can stay in the parks the most of the day, but not til they close for every park because some of them open very early and close every late. Thanks for your inquiry. V.L.-Customer Service Team-www.tours4fun.com

Hi Clara, 1) We can give some discount to the group leader. Please make a note of your request by adding comment when you book the tour online. 2) The nearest pickup should be Chinatown, Los Angeles. 3) This tour goes to Grand Canyon South Rim. If you would like to visit Grand Canyon West Rim where Skywalk Glass Bridge is located, we recommend you join Skywalk (West Grand Canyon), Las Vegas 3-Day Tour A https://www.tours4fun.com/skywalk-las-vegas-3-day-tour.html 4) Please refer to prices on the web page for details. Prices are based on room occupancy. If four people will share one hotel room, quadruple occupancy price will apply per person. 5) Please refer to Terms and Conditions on tour information page, Customer Agreement and Standard Cancellation and Refund Policy for details. https://www.tours4fun.com/customer-agreement.php https://www.tours4fun.com/cancellation-and-refund-policy.php Thank you for your inquiry. - Beth Anne Customer Service Rep. www.tours4fun.com

Q:
Hello, I did not understand I can get back the chargeback fee or not. My further questions: 1. How shall I fill in the reservation form, if they want to be in a room for 3, but the third person comes from Holland and she will pay it and I pay for the two? 2. You did not answer my former 2nd question. 3. If I pay for the 23rd August tour in a week, can they get the ticket at the beginning of June before they leave from home? 4. Can we get some discount if they join a one day Disneyland tour, too? Thank you for your kindness, Mrs Huszar

Dear Mrs. Huszar, In regards to the chargeback fee, if you were to chargeback (ask for a refund on your credit card) after charging your credit card, without valid reason, we have the authority to charge an additional $100 for fees involved. But if you were to not chargeback, you will not be charged for the $100 fee. If your friend wants to pay with a separate credit card, please have her include her credit card information in the comment section. We will adjust the main credit card amount and charge the additional credit card and e-mail you the adjusted information. Once you have completed your payment and requirements for your reservation, we will then process and issue you an e-ticket for the reservation. The e-ticket is issued through e-mail and can be printed on any computer that has internet access. We can offer you a 5% discount on the additional Disneyland Tour, after your 1st completed reservation. Thank you for your inquiry, Best Regards, Julia Customer Service Rep www.tours4fun.com

Q:
Hello, I would like to book this tour for my daughter and her friend. I have some questions about it: 1. As I read the Customer Agreement I found there $100 chargeback fee. Does that mean I have to pay the $1288 plus $100? Is that per person or by the amount? So how much will be the total amount? 2. I understand you have the right for changes. Can the final price can be higher after that I paid it? 3. As I am a foreigner and my bank card has a certain limit for a day can I pay by bank transfer? 4. The Customer Agreement contains that you send the E-ticket only 2-4 days before the departure. My problem is that they will leave their home two months before that tour. What is the solution in this case? Thank you, Mrs Huszar

Dear Huszarne Farkas Zsuzsanna, Chargeback means to claim your money back on a transaction. So if you should conduct a chargeback for unsupported reasons, Tours4Fun can charge the full amount of the original transaction, plus $100 as fees. If there should be more than one transaction, it would be $100 per transaction. So in your example, $1288 + $100 = $1388. After you have made your reservation, should there be a reason to adjust your tour price, we will notify you in advanced. You may select your payment option as bank wire transfer when proceeding with your tour package booking. Depending on how far in advanced you make your reservation online, we will try to issue an e-ticket at least 2-3 days before your departure date. If we have all the necessary information to process your reservation, we can possibly issue you an e-ticket immediately. Thank you for your inquiry. We hope to see your reservation soon. Regards, Sally Customer Service Rep www.tours4fun.com
